Hi there

Me and a few orcs from England are thinking of coming to EE in 2015, and one of our EE veteran friends sent us here to find out more.

We have been doing orcs at the Empire game in the UK for a few years now but you guys take orcs to another level which we love.

You're very welcome to join the camp in 2015. The comunity will help you to fit the camp guide if needed and we can also assist in logistical questions and building up connections for a better in game play.

What are you guys playing? LOTR? Free Clans / tribes? Anything else.

IWe would aim to go more LOTR orcs as being english and the Uruk accent when not speaking black speak is guttural cockney we thought it best.

We know our current kit is currently not right for EE and will be working on changing it as well as our masks

Blackspeech isn't really the camp language. We speak german and some words in BS.
However i don't think this is going to be a problem as most of the communication can be done with some easy bs words. Except diplomatic stuff and most of us can speak english

How many are you guys?
Reg. The pictures: I think its a good base. The real thing is making it orcish inaccurate muddy old rusty and not like 'look i found this on a human and im gonna wear it now' ans not at all waering modern pieces like i.e. the scarf. You can use the charcheck 2014 area for inspiration. If you have any questions on how creating sth just feel free to ask. We have lots of people with wide knowledge here and its not always usefull to try everything by yoir self first.

We are lucky that we have a few professional leather armour makers in the group who are already designing armour for us.

I think we are aiming for 10 for EE2015, we have 45 in the UK but trying to get 45 people to germany is not easy.

We are also considering going a free tribe so as to highlight the difference and explain why we all speak english instead of german.

that should be no problem...we´ll talk about what´s possible/cool/whatever you like

in fact the epicempires-orkheerlager is not an orc-camp made of one ork-army/tribe...we do have sort-of-tribe-groups...warbands...you won´t have to care about explaining why you speak englisch. you just speak
some sort of other "common tongue"...

A lot of the orc masks in the UK are this style ( any colour, brown, black etc)



would that style of face be ok for EE ?

after EE we´ll work on a second version of our orkheerlager-guidelines. it´s likely that we´ll rise our minimum standard...but there´re always exeptions from rules.

personal view : that mask is okay. it´s not "state of the art"...but it´s okay. as long a mask can be recognized as "orc" (or orc-like) it´s cool. as long as this requirement is met, everything´s fine.
hey - it´s your interpretation of "orc"...why not ? we have orcs looking like a bunch of weirdo-rapist, others have a sort of demonic touch, some do look like goblins and others look like if they had a terrible car accident

so...multiple styles here...all okay so far.

How does camping at EE work?
We have a lot of IT tents and camp equipment but are not sure if there is space in the orc camp for more tents etc
