Looks proper cool bro! Really like the pimping to the mask. But consider cutting some of the hair and beard to reveal the ears better.
I’d love to see more details to the mask like a few ear rings. Have you considered that? Love how it looks from the front.

There could be more hate on the leather and its edges with a hammer and a grater.
(You put the leather on a stone, thrash on it with a hammer, and then you rasp the already weak thrashed leatherparts with the grater away.)
The fur of your friend on the first picture could be more filthier. ...and the leather armor, too.
For the leather as described and for the fur you could use black leisure paint and/or latex.

The guy in the middle looks really filthy, but there misses a neck cover, some belts and so on.

I really like the uruk on the left. It looks great.
